Question
Will US Department of Defense (Marine Corps) documentation showing I have received the Yellow Fever vaccination suffice in place of the International Vaccination Cert?
I received my shot in 2005, and the military will not issue me the yellow booklet that usually is taken as evidence. Since it has not been 5 years, I cannot go get a new vaccination from a private doctor who would issue the booklet. Will this official DOD documentation work? It shows date, lot number and location of the shot.

Hi MarineJake ~
Probably a good place to start would be a travel agency that would book travel to the country you're going to visit, or maybe the airline's rules regarding entry to that country, or the embassy of the country you're going to visit, or the American embassy in that country. Those just come to the top of my mind, but probably good places to start, especially since no one else has answered your question yet.
Good luck!
Alanna
