I have a 12 hour layover from 2200 until 1000. I would like to rent a car and driver or a tour guide so that I can atleast leave the airport and see the city. I would like a nice meal too. Can anyone tell me how to rent a guide for those hours? I'd like to have someone lined up before I get there.
