Is the early Eagle Creek Continental Journey a good choice for a travel pack, mostly for air travel (carry-on) some land travel?

I own a few pieces of Eagle Creek gear and have found them to be highly reliable goods. Whether that pack is "a good choice" for your needs can only really be answered by YOU. Does it meet airlines carry-on guidelines? Do you like how it's organized? Does it appear well made / durable? If you answered "yes" to all of the above, then that's you bag!
