High Speed Internet Access in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama

I will be traveling through Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama in July but unfortuantely need to have access to high speed internet at least 4 days a week to do work. Do you think it will be difficult to find high speed internet in these countries while traveling?

The only real answer is to contact each place you will stay. Even in Fortuna, Costa Rica, site of a major tourist attraction, the best I could get at an Internet cafe was 512K. Fast enough for email and Skype,
