Hello maddiehatter! I have lived in Alaska for 14 years, currently in Anchorage. That tour looks pretty good, the Kenai Peninsula is very beautiful and easily one of my favorite places in the state. Denali Park is a mandatory destination for the scenery, the wildlife, and of course the mountain. Anchorage is a nice city with plenty to do within an hour or two from town if you have a a couple days before or after the tour.
If you choose not to do the tour, all of the stops could easily be done independently if you are able to rent a car, possibly for less. I would count on at least $50-100/day for a budget traveler, 150-200/day for a midrange traveler, and like anywhere high end the sky is the limit. I would be happy to answer questions or help with anything you might need to help plan your trip. I know you will enjoy your time in Alaska, it is an amazing place!!
