Question
From Turkey to Greece...
I want to get from Turkey into Greece. What is the easiest and cheapest route? I will be flying into Istanbul and working my way around Turkey and then most likely finishing up back in Istanbul. Any other tips of sites and cities to not be missed in Turkey would also be great.

A lot depends on where you're trying to go. The major cross-border ferry is between Bodrum, Turkey and Kos, Greece. From there you can get boats anywhere in Greece. The less popular routes - which are more expensive - are Mamaris-Rhodes and Ayvalik-Mytilini.
There's also trains from Istanbul, which are convenient and very scenic. If you're planning to go all the way to Athens, that a very long ride and you should break it up somewhere along the way.
There's too many great spots in Turkey to list here, but the big can't miss ones are Istanbul and Goreme.
