Hi, for Vietnam, you can check out Sinh Cafe (http://www.sinhcafevn.com/AboutUs.asp). They're a legit travel agency with reasonable rates. I joined their Perfume Pagoda tour. Beware of other travel agencies using the same name. It's very common here in Vietnam to copy names of famous establishments and pass of as its branch office.

There's Kangaroo Cafe (http://www.kangaroocafe.com/). But I just can't seem to find the rates on their website. I emailed them before to ask about their Sapa tour but I didn't get an email back. I'm still recommending them just cos I think they're a propert travel agency.

And there's also AsianaTravelMate (http://www.asianatravelmate.com/). I got a Halong Bay tour package from them.
