Churchill and Polar Bears?

What would be the best way to go to Churchill, Manitoba to see the Polar Bears? I think this needs to be a bootie outing... :D

If you are on a tight budget you can save a lot of money by riding Viarail from Winnipeg to Churchill.
The train arrives about 8:30AM and leaves 12 hours later. If the train arrives late, you could be waiting in the train station until about 11PM.
DO NOT walk out of town! Hire a taxi for an hour or two, they know where the bears have been seen recently. If money is no object, take a helicopter or tundra buggy ride. I've been there twice but will never go back.
