Bev Mercer's "Walking in Scotland" -- What happened to her wonderful web site?

When I planned a three week trip with easy and moderate hikes in Scotland, I relied on this very personal, highly accessible, and wonderfully informative and accurate website ... but now it is gone. Anyone know why? Forever? Alternatives? etc. -- Mark -- NYC

I suppose it turned into a commercial thing instead of just a personal initiative. Maybe you'll find a useful "ancestor" of "Walking in Scotland" at http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/ ?
